The Animals Take Over
Okay, so the wolf wasn’t too keen on me asking you to help me name him. It’s caused a bit of a riff between me and the characters. As part of our “agreement” to prevent a work stoppage, the animals will have full control of the strip for the next couple of weeks.

The animals are right. “Dan Roth” is an extremely ordinary name. Very boring. I’m glad I have an exceptionally unique and exciting name.
Oh I don’t know. “Dan”s a fine name. I have a cousin named “Dan” – that’s how I know.
But what I really want to know is: did the wolf ever tell you what his name was?
(Actually that’s not the question. The question is: what is the wolf’s name?)
I’m currently in negotiations to make the name public. The animals want more money, more privacy and “personal henchmen.” I tell you, the strip has really taken on a life of it’s own. Hopefully I’ll be able to resolve these issues and reveal the name soon.
As you may have noticed, the lead sheep isn’t even in the strip this week. The next few weeks should be quite interesting…
